Our MD-Suite has been designed for collection and evaluation of machine data. By its modular design it provides your optimum and cost-effective solution for automated data collection and further processing.
Although influenced by the manufacturing industry for processing of machine- or plant parameters, MD-Suite is convenient for any kind of data being entered manually or via sensors; e.g. even temperature and air humidity in storage areas or readings of a chemical process.

Data import

This module serves as a link between production line and production data acquisition. When connected to different interfaces on side of the machine, it clears the way for the collection of data and forwards them to the desired systems. Our MD-Suite offers flexibility enough to be customized in an optimal way to your specific requirements.

Data visualization

MD-Suite helps with the simple utilization of your collected data by visualizing with the help of progression graphs, individual value display, or states. The plant itself of the configuration of devices will be displayed in the background schematically or topographically. Detailed information about specific components can be displayed interactively.

Data monitoring

Our MD-Suite can monitor your production line. Machine data arriving at a monitoring computer will be surveyed for changed conditions, as alerts or safety values. If abnormal values occur, reconfigured actions will be started or defined personnel will be notified. Remote access to information is possible.
