Ferber-Software GmbH with its solution for receivables management IKAROS is our long-standing integration partner.<\/p>\n

Ferber-Software wanted to automate invoice processing and archive it in an audit-proof manner. The process was to be supplemented by a connection to DATEV for the transmission of data and invoices to the tax consultant and to Profi cash (a solution for payment transactions).<\/p>\n

The company opted for softgate’s expertise and solutions for this project.<\/p>\n

The automatic processing of invoices (multi-channel capture, data extraction, approval workflow, transfer to DATEV Online, Profi cash and softgate archive) was implemented with TotalAgility, an intelligent automation platform that automates common business processes with little development effort.<\/p>\n

The archiving requirements were met with the softgate-archiv DMS, which is also to be used for the expansion of the e-file function in the future. The FileLock software solution was installed as the basis for revision security and GoBD-compliant data storage.<\/p>\n<\/div>
