Project description

Our client operates a medical cloud storage service. The primary use case is the long-term archiving of medical image and video data in the cloud in compliance with data protection regulations.

Based on our DICOMconnect and 7connect libraries, we are developing a gateway to integrate the cloud software with hospital information systems (HIS/PACS). The gateway provides bidirectional translation between the cloud storage’s REST interface and DICOM/HL7. All patient-related data is encrypted and decrypted on the gateway.
