“9 to 5” is not the norm! Since we mainly operate in a project-driven environment, there is plenty of scope for flexible working hours. A modern flextime model ensures the right balance between free time and working hours. We offer 30 days of leave a year based on a 40-hour working week.

We are maintaining a healthy balance between physical activity and office work since its a key part of our culture. For instance, we host an annual soccer match against well known clients and actively participate in charity runs or dragon boat race.

Besides numerous IT specialists who have been trained in-house, university graduates and experienced professionals of all ages also find their way to softgate.
